Call for abstracts for ESCAIDE 2024 open until 15 May
The annual European Scientific Conference on Applied Infectious Disease Epidemiology (ESCAIDE) is taking place in Stockholm and online from 20-22 November 2024.
The call for abstracts is open until 15 May. Submissions are welcome in all areas related to infectious disease and public health, with a focus on informing public health actions and introducing new ideas and understanding to the field.
Submitting an abstract to ESCAIDE 2024 can be an incredible opportunity to showcase your work to an international audience of public health professionals and researchers, and contribute to advancing the field of infectious disease and public health.
Abstracts must be submitted by 15 May through the dedicated online platform, and notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent by June 28. A second call for late breaker abstracts will be held from 12-23 September 2024. Funding opportunities are available for eligible abstract presenters to attend the conference in person.
About ESCAIDE 2024
The conference is organised by ECDC, and will take place in Stockholm with live streaming sessions available to remote participants. The programme is focused on abstract presentations, seminars, and plenary discussions, all designed to provide valuable insights and to share knowledge.
